Melanie is a loan processor with The Hard Money Co. She is responsible for collecting documentation regarding the investment property including borrower financials, title, insurance documentation, and more.

Melanie has 2 boys that keep her busy with sports. When they’re not with her she loves to weight lift. Prior to joining F Street Group and The Hard Money Co., she enjoyed a long career in the healthcare industry and is a real estate investor herself, with experience flipping several properties!
