How It Works

Submit the form below and get your referral code and link.
Send your referral code or link to interested investors (Sellers of purchased property are not eligible to be referrals of purchaser/borrower)
When they submit their loan application, they’ll need to enter your referral code (the link we provide you will do this for them automagically).
Once your referral’s deal is approved and funded, you’ll receive $750 in cash.

That’s it. Earn $750 on every new referral. No limit.
