The Hard Money Co. saved the day!!! Our first lender changed the amount due at closing by $31k and we did not feel right about it, but had less than 4 days to get this deal closed. Tyler and Sarah came through and had everything squared away in 3 days!!! I could not believe that was even possible. Their numbers NEVER CHANGED!
