In addition to serving some of the larger markets in Indiana, including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and Evansville, we’re also prepared to lend to any Indiana property that meets our ARV requirements.

Adding Indiana to our lending list has now expanded our growth throughout the Midwest covering 6 states including Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin.

As we start partnering with investors in Indiana, we’re bringing them over 15 years of experience in both real estate lending and investment and, since we approve and fund our own deals, we work much faster than any traditional or capital lender in the market.
