INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Wholetailing

With the Wholetailing investment strategy, investors have found an opportunity to capitalize on a below market-value purchase price for a property, with the intent to perform minimal updates or changes before selling the property for a profit.

In most instances, ownership of these assets is intended for a short period of time, with a quick purchase and sale timeframe desired by most investors. Utilizing hard money lending provides investors with the cash required, often within days of submitting a request, to quickly acquire the property and to help conserve cash flow.

TAILING VS SALING:

Not to be confused with Wholesaling, which involves a contract between the seller and wholesaler on a negotiated price, where the wholesaler never actually takes ownership of the property before selling to an interested party.
