How It Works

  1. Submit the form below and get your referral code and link.
  2. Send your referral code or link to interested, experienced investors (Sellers of purchased property are not eligible to be referrals of purchaser/borrower)
  3. When they submit their loan application, they’ll need to enter your referral code on the loan application.
  4. Once your referral’s deal is approved and funded, you’ll receive the option to choose between a $500 Visa Cash Card OR $1,000 Closing Credit (on your next loan).

Please note that referral payouts will be valid for new borrowers only. Returning borrowers will not qualify for a referral payment. Sellers of purchased property are not eligible to be referrals of purchaser/borrower.
